  • The request must be made within 5  days of purchase.
  • A refund will only be granted if:
  • The software was not functional, and the issue was reported, but could not be resolved by our support team.
  • The service was not delivered as promised.

  • Our team will assess your request and respond within 3  business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
  • Cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

7. Disputes and Legal Compliance

  • Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

9. In case of any refunds approved by INNOVEZA BUSINESS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed to you.
